Angry Birds Lays Eggs in Brazil

For an internationally best-selling ornithologically-inspired game, the natural next step is…a collection of egg recipes by its makers? In early 2012 The Angry Birds: Bad Piggies’ Egg Recipes received the The Best First Cookbook prize at the Gourmand Cookbook Awards, during the Paris Cookbook Fair. Now the book has made it to Brazil. The V&R Publishing House — an Argentinian-Mexican-Brazilian Publisher — has just announced that they’ve bought the rights for the recipe book and also for other books from the Angry Birds franchise. The book is schedule to find a perch at Brazilian bookstores during September of this year, with further volumes to follow soon.
